Conservation Biology

A Field of Study for students conducting research focused on nature conservation, preservation, and management

Our Department offers opportunities to interact with well-qualified and enthusiastic faculty sharing interests in the area of Conservation Biology. Research work is supported by the Department’s research and service laboratories, in-house computing resources, and additional facilities available in the Department of Agricultural, Food & Nutritional Science. Our Department has established ties with the Alberta Sustainable Resource Development, which has its headquarters in Edmonton, and the Canadian Forest Service Northern Forestry Centre in Edmonton.
